Welcome to Liffey Valley Athletics Club. Our club provides the opportunity for runners of all standards to improve and compete.
We are recruiting NEW MEMBERS OF ALL LEVELS for the upcoming cross country season. Liffey Valley AC provides organised training sessions to allow athletes to fulfill their potential.
All sessions are conducted by qualified coaches with experience of coaching athletes at beginner to elite standards. Our coaches have trained Irish Champions, European medal winners and been part of Irish Teams at Olympic and World Championships.
We can also offer you a competition programme as part of our Team during the winter cross country season and extending into the road and track season for 2012.
If you would like to experience the unique training atmosphere you will find in our club, why not come along to our Tuesday and Thursday Training Sessions. We meet at 6.45pm at our club house in Islandbridge. We are located near the Phoenix Park or meet us on FACEBOOK
